Our main room can host an event size of up to 100 people. We offer tables and chairs for your use, as well as a flexible space that you can be rearranged to fit your needs. Please Note: No alcoholic beverages are permitted on the premises.

RENTAL PROCESS

  • Step 1: Complete Application (Located at the bottom of this page)

  • Step 2: Once Date is Approved (can take up to 7 Days) You'll Receive A Rental Orientation File that you'll need to Complete Before PRoceeding. 

  • Step 3: Complete Contract and Submit with Payment and Security Deposit. All Payments will be accepted Electronically. We require a sECURITY DEPOSIT WHICH WILL BE REFUNDED WItHIN 10 BUSINESS DAYS OF THE EVENT IF BUILDING IS RETURNED BY CONTRACT STANDARDS. 

COST

  • HOURLY: $40 an HOUR (2 Hour Minimum) / SALES EVENT $50 AN HOUR (2 HOUR MINIMUM)

  • 501c3 NON-PROFIT USE: COMPLETE APPLICATION FOR HOURLY RATE

  • SERVICE FEE: $25 

  • DEPOSIT: $50 (REFUNDABLE IF BUILDING IS RETURNED PROPERLY)
